For cold brew:

Step 1 Pour 1 liter (1 quart) of cold water over the packet of Mugicha in a large pitcher. For a bolder flavor, brew with hot water at 203°F (95°C).

Step 2 Steep in the fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy within 4 days in the fridge. Mugicha can be steeped up to 2 times.

For hot brew: Simply pour hot water at 203°F (95°C) over the mugicha and steep for 3-5 minutes. Keep or remove the tea bag, depending on your taste preference.

Recommended is approximately 1 tea bag for every 1 liter of water but we encourage you to experiment with the tea-to-water ratio to match your preference. Mugicha is naturally Caffeine Free.

You can re-steep it up to 2 times depending on your taste preference. Slightly increase the water temperature with each successive steeping for best results. Get 6-8 cups from one tea bag, potentially more since it can be resteeped.
