Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) is an herb that grows uncultivated in the marshy lands of Canada, the northern and eastern parts of the United States, and southeast Asia. In China, the plant's roots are known as "huang qin" and are used to ease several conditions.

Tea

Skullcap herb has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, but it is most commonly enjoyed as a traditional calming and relaxing herb in stepped tea.
